What we take care of

  • Employment contracts in English and Thai, under the Labour Protection Act
  • Monthly payroll in Thai baht, with personal income tax withheld and filed
  • Social Security Fund registration and contributions, from both employer and employee
  • Statutory leave and holidays, including annual leave, sick leave and public holidays
  • Benefits such as private health insurance and provident funds, if you want to offer them
  • Work permits and visas for foreign employees, subject to the sponsoring company’s capital and Thai staffing requirements
  • Ending employment lawfully, including notice and statutory severance

Know the Thai rules

Thailand’s employment law protects employees strongly. Statutory severance on termination without cause rises with length of service, and probation, overtime and leave are all regulated. Work rules must be issued for larger workforces. We build these into each contract from the start.
